Earnings

• All points will be equal to $1 USD (amount will be listed on the receipt).

• To receive MyLake Rewards points, Participants must present their MyLake Rewards number at the time of check-in. It is the Participant’s sole responsibility to verify that MYLAKE Reward points have been properly credited to their MyLake Rewards account.

• If a Participant does not have their MyLake Rewards number at the time of purchase, or if the facility is unable to credit MyLake Rewards points to the Participant's account for any reason, the Participant should email npike@kempersports.com.
• Participants will begin accumulating MyLake Rewards points, in accordance with the provisions hereof, as of the date that the Participant is approved by MYLAKE to participate in MyLake Rewards. MyLake Rewards points will not be applied to purchases made prior to such date.
• Participants can earn MyLake Rewards points for the Participant’s own golf fees and/or total merchandise purchased (pre-tax) in the golf shop, food or beverages in available locations.
• MyLake Rewards points may not be earned for the purchase of gift cards.
• MyLake Rewards points will not be awarded for pre-paid online golf reservations made through third parties.
• The maximum number of MyLake Rewards points that can be earned by a Participant per day is 1,500.
• The maximum number of MyLake Rewards points that can be earned by a Participant per purchase is 1,500.
• MYLAKE, at its sole discretion, has the right to cancel or reverse any MyLake Rewards points: (1) if such points were credited in error, (2) for products not paid for, or (3) for purchase refunds. 

• Participants can use their MyLake Rewards points towards one (1) complimentary round of golf based on the redemption schedule. Rounds of golf can also be redeemed by using a combination of MyLake Rewards points and cash (based on the redemption schedule).
• MyLake Rewards points do not expire, provided that member has earned or redeemed MyLake Rewards points in the last twelve (12) months. [either this or expire at end of calendar year]
• Rounds purchased by using MyLake Rewards points may be redeemed anytime.
• MyLake Rewards redeemed points may be used based on availability and cannot be used in conjunction with ANY CONTRACTED group outings (16 players or more) or with any other special offers. MyLake Rewards does not guarantee access to starting times.
• MyLake Rewards points can be used in conjunction with both Men’s Club and Women’s Club events.
• MyLake Rewards points can be redeemed in specified increments for a pre-determined percentage discount on all products considered “Soft Goods” (i.e.  clothing, socks, shoes, gloves, hats etc.) in Golf Shop.  The maximum number of points that can be redeemed per item is 200 points.  Points redeemed for a percentage values are as follows:
  • 100 MyLake Rewards points for 10% off
  • 150 MyLake Rewards points for 15% off
  • 200 MyLake Rewards points for 20% off      

• All Participants in MyLake Rewards hereby indemnify and hold harmless Lake Spanaway Golf Course (its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents) for, from and against any and all claims, causes of action, losses, damage, liabilities or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and costs) that Lake Spanaway Golf Course may suffer arising out of, caused by or in connection with such Participant's participation.
• Lake Spanaway Golf Course, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to discontinue MyLake Rewards without prior notice.
• Lake Spanaway Golf Course, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to publish Participant winners’ names and any other information regarding any contest associated with MyLake Rewards.
• Lake Spanaway Golf Course reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any rewards and/or terminate an individual’s participation in MyLake Rewards at any time for any act of deception, forgery, other abuses of MyLake Rewards, if a purchase is not in the spirit of MyLake Rewards, or for any other reason.
• Lake Spanaway Golf Course, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to change or amend MyLake Rewards' terms and/or conditions, rewards, or special offers at any time. Any notification of such changes will be communicated to Participants via general broadcast in the MyLake Rewards webpage on the Lake Spanaway website (www.lakespanawaygc/mylakerewards), by notice, or by mail (at your request).
